Properly nice gluten free pizza with a huge range of exotic toppings in the middle of Manchester's Northern Quarter.
I had been looking forward to coming here ever since my coeliac sister told me about it a few months ago and yesterday the big day finally arrived. I was not disappointed. I had GF dough sticks to start with and followed up with a ham, egg and pineapple pizza. The pizza dough was really stretchy and like proper pizza. If I'd have had room in my belly I would have had one of the GF desserts on the menu to finish. If you are anywhere near Manchester go here.

I am a coeliac, I eat a gluten free diet and I'm hungry. Having become fed up with not being able to find gluten free restaurants, take-aways or food shops in the UK, I decided to create a place where coeliacs could recommend and share gluten free eateries. GlutenFreeTrustMe is that place.

The Olive Branch, Wimborne, Dorset
The first time I have ever had a GF burger anywhere apart from my house.
Having rung in advance to ask about what a coeliac would be able to eat I was pleasantly surprised by the choice on offer. I went for a handmade burger with fries (cooked in their own oil) and it was just like old times when I wasn't a coeliac! Apart from no bun. Apparently it's the place to be in Wimborne and the food is coeliac friendly.
